So, what's there to do around here? I've run through all the tiny projects I brought along with me. There's no school, no real selection of goods at the stores anymore, and I'm going insane.

Anyone have any suggestions?

What kind of things do you like doing? It might be easier finding something to do in that direction.

Well, back home I hung out with my friends after school or helped my mom at the family shop. Or, I worked on making stuff for sale. But, I already used up all the materials on hand for those kinds of things.

You can always try trading the things you've made for more materials. Or maybe seeing if anyone around town needs your skills?

The problem is that the things that I need aren't really coming up in quantities that would make it easier on everyone here if I took what I wanted for my projects. I can make dyes and I'm aware of how to weave fabric, but I've never tried that and I don't know if I'd be any good anyway.

But...I guess I could advertise for my services again. I haven't done that since I got back here.

Sounds like you know sewing and/or tailoring?

Family owns a textile shop back home, so I guess that's true to an extent.

You could try the smithy. It's mostly metal there, but they might get people needing clothes or bags sewn up. There's also lots of people hunting, I bet you could get leather or fur if you asked. It's getting colder, people will be looking for ways to stay warm.
